It’s a beautiful black hat with beautiful customer service, fast 1-2 day order processing and great custom packaging to get it to you safely. Did we tell you about our Lifetime Quality Warranty? We make such a high quality cowboy hat that we really stand behind it.

Western hats, we love them. This one is cotton felt, also called faux felt. It’s colorfast, water resistant, has a rich look and is very durable. It’s also highly UV protective. The brim is 3-3/4 inches.

It’s a traditional pinch hat, similar in style to a big name brand, but our cotton felt costs much less.

If it feels a little big, use the provided sizing tape to make it tighter. But if you’re a big-headed person, you’ll love this one. It goes all the way up to size 8.

We warranty against any manufacturing defects. If for any reason the hat you have chosen doesn’t live up to your expectations, please call. We’re happy to talk with you 7 days a week.

Since we design and produce our own cowboy hats, our quality control is excellent; but if any part of the hat is not well made, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. For Life. We’ll ask you to send us pictures of the hat so we can see its defect or damage. If the issue is so small you can fix it with hot glue (like a hatband that has come un-glued) and you aren’t able to walk into one of our festival stores, we will probably teach you how to fix it yourself so that you don’t have to send it back to us.

We want you to be happy with your hat. We love dogs and beer as much as you do, but when either come into play, sometimes s**t happens to hats. If your hat gets damaged in a way that is not related to our manufacturing process we will still do what we can to repair or help you fix your damaged hat.

Head Measuring Guide

It’s important to measure your head before ordering so you get the right size. Cowboy hats should feel snug, but not tight. Have someone help so your measurement is accurate.

Wrap a tape measure around your head 1-2 fingers above your eyebrow and 1-2 fingers above your ear. Take the measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch and then refer to the sizing guide to find your hat size.

COTTON FELT

(Cotton/Poly)

 

If you like the look and feel of wool cowboy hats but would like a less expensive option, faux felt might be the right choice. Made from a special cotton/polyester fabric, a high-quality hat crafted of faux felt can look just as nice as the real deal, and is easy to wear, clean, and maintain. Manufactured with a wired and bound-edge brim, they are easily shaped by hand without the need of steam. Even better, a faux felt option may be easier on the budget.

PREMIUM FELT

(Cashmere/Wool Blend)

Our Bolivian Cashmere/Wool blends offer softness and wearability comparable to rabbit fur, but at a much lower price. The moderately stiffened hat body is offered in several styles and colors with either a raw or bound edge. The hats are easily reshaped using steam.
