Our customer service could only come from a small business and we are grateful for your support. Call us if you want to talk. We answer our phone, ship within a day or two of your order and use custom packaging to protect your hat on its journey. Then we warranty our quality for life.

Our new cowboy hats are a premium blend of fine Bolivian cashmere and wool, soft to the touch, with a modified cattleman crown and traditional brim is perfect for men or women.

The 200 gram hat is stiffened by adding the goma (stiffening agent) into the fiber blending process. If you know hats, you’ll love that you get a more consistent body compared to a surface spray application after the hat is formed.

The crown is 4-1/2 inch and the brim is 4 inch with a finely sanded raw edge. The hat comes stock with a matching ribbon band. The crown is a regular oval.

We warranty against any manufacturing defects. If for any reason the hat you have chosen doesn’t live up to your expectations, please call. We’re happy to talk with you 7 days a week.

Since we design and produce our own cowboy hats, our quality control is excellent; but if any part of the hat is not well made, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. For Life. We’ll ask you to send us pictures of the hat so we can see its defect or damage. If the issue is so small you can fix it with hot glue (like a hatband that has come un-glued) and you aren’t able to walk into one of our festival stores, we will probably teach you how to fix it yourself so that you don’t have to send it back to us.

We want you to be happy with your hat. We love dogs and beer as much as you do, but when either come into play, sometimes s**t happens to hats. If your hat gets damaged in a way that is not related to our manufacturing process we will still do what we can to repair or help you fix your damaged hat.

Head Measuring Guide

It’s important to measure your head before ordering so you get the right size. Cowboy hats should feel snug, but not tight. Have someone help so your measurement is accurate.

Wrap a tape measure around your head 1-2 fingers above your eyebrow and 1-2 fingers above your ear. Take the measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch and then refer to the sizing guide to find your hat size.

COTTON FELT

(Cotton/Poly)

 

If you like the look and feel of wool cowboy hats but would like a less expensive option, faux felt might be the right choice. Made from a special cotton/polyester fabric, a high-quality hat crafted of faux felt can look just as nice as the real deal, and is easy to wear, clean, and maintain. Manufactured with a wired and bound-edge brim, they are easily shaped by hand without the need of steam. Even better, a faux felt option may be easier on the budget.

PREMIUM FELT

(Cashmere/Wool Blend)

Our Bolivian Cashmere/Wool blends offer softness and wearability comparable to rabbit fur, but at a much lower price. The moderately stiffened hat body is offered in several styles and colors with either a raw or bound edge. The hats are easily reshaped using steam.
