We asked our customers What’s Important To You? They said ship my order within 2 days, put it in a strong protective box so it gets to me in good condition, talk to me if I call you. We do ALL of that plus we have a Lifetme Quality Warranty on everything we make.

Los Alamos is our cotton felt, traditional brown felt western style hat. Think Longmire. His gorgeous fur blend cowboy hat would set you back about $800. Ours is the same shape and color (obviously not the same material).

Faux felt is cotton, colorfast, water resistant, has a rich look and is very durable. It’s also highly UV protective. The brim is on this one is 3-3/4 inches.

If it feels a little big, use the sizing tape we ship in the box with your hat to make it tighter.

We warranty against any manufacturing defects. If for any reason the hat you have chosen doesn’t live up to your expectations, please call. We’re happy to talk with you 7 days a week.

Since we design and produce our own cowboy hats, our quality control is excellent; but if any part of the hat is not well made, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. For Life. We’ll ask you to send us pictures of the hat so we can see its defect or damage. If the issue is so small you can fix it with hot glue (like a hatband that has come un-glued) and you aren’t able to walk into one of our festival stores, we will probably teach you how to fix it yourself so that you don’t have to send it back to us.

We want you to be happy with your hat. We love dogs and beer as much as you do, but when either come into play, sometimes s**t happens to hats. If your hat gets damaged in a way that is not related to our manufacturing process we will still do what we can to repair or help you fix your damaged hat.

Head Measuring Guide

It’s important to measure your head before ordering so you get the right size. Cowboy hats should feel snug, but not tight. Have someone help so your measurement is accurate.

Wrap a tape measure around your head 1-2 fingers above your eyebrow and 1-2 fingers above your ear. Take the measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch and then refer to the sizing guide to find your hat size.

COTTON FELT

(Cotton/Poly)

 

If you like the look and feel of wool cowboy hats but would like a less expensive option, faux felt might be the right choice. Made from a special cotton/polyester fabric, a high-quality hat crafted of faux felt can look just as nice as the real deal, and is easy to wear, clean, and maintain. Manufactured with a wired and bound-edge brim, they are easily shaped by hand without the need of steam. Even better, a faux felt option may be easier on the budget.

PREMIUM FELT

(Cashmere/Wool Blend)

Our Bolivian Cashmere/Wool blends offer softness and wearability comparable to rabbit fur, but at a much lower price. The moderately stiffened hat body is offered in several styles and colors with either a raw or bound edge. The hats are easily reshaped using steam.
